UNIPROFI — a full-cycle platform for admission to China
We connect applicants from Russia and the CIS with Chinese universities: school matching, documents, grants, CSCA exam prep, and Chinese language lessons — all under one roof, run by a team of Tsinghua and Peking University alumni.
Admission to a Chinese university is an opaque process for a Russian-speaking family: a different language, an unfamiliar admissions system, grants with unclear criteria, and a new mandatory CSCA exam starting in 2026.
The intermediary market is dominated by small, one-person consultants running clients manually through WhatsApp — with no real technology, no transparent chance-assessment method, and often no first-hand experience getting into top universities themselves.
As Russian-speaking applicants pivot away from Western universities toward China, demand is growing faster than the supply of credible, trustworthy agencies.
The result for an applicant's family: weeks spent on forums, contradictory advice, and a decision to apply on a hunch instead of a clear strategy backed by real admission data.
Admission to Chinese universities
Four service tiers, from light self-guided support to full white-glove admission to the top-10 universities — backed by a refund-or-free-reapplication guarantee.
Chinese language courses
1:1 and group lessons with native and Russian-speaking teachers, HSK prep at every level.
CSCA exam prep
Specialized preparation for the new mandatory CSC-scholarship exam — rare expertise in this market.
A team from Tsinghua and Peking University
Our core experts personally went through admission to and studied at China's top 2 universities — that's not something a competitor can replicate by posting a job listing.
A real technology platform
100 detailed university profiles and an honest, multi-factor weighted chance-assessment quiz — not just a chat conversation.
A guarantee-backed model
Refund or free re-application if admission doesn't happen — rare among competitors, and it moves the risk off the client.
Full-cycle bundling
Admission, language, and exam prep sell both standalone and bundled, which lifts lifetime value per client.
Since 2022, a meaningful share of Russian-speaking applicants who previously looked at Europe and the US have pivoted toward China — a destination with a growing number of English-taught programs and active scholarship support (CSC, university and provincial grants).
A competitive audit we ran in August 2026 found no large player in this market with real technology and transparent pricing — mostly small agencies with no real product, just manual messaging-app support.
The CSCA exam, mandatory since 2026 for some CSC-scholarship programs, is a growth point on its own: almost no competitor has real expertise preparing students for it, and demand for that specifically has only just appeared.
Fixed admission-support tariffs (₽60,000–₽280,000 per client) plus standalone products — language courses and CSCA prep. The unit economics are simple: the service price is known upfront, and cost is mostly the time of curators and subject experts.
Exact revenue, margin, and growth figures are shared individually on request.
