UNIPROFI didn't start with a business plan — it started with personal experience: our mentors went through admission to China themselves, with the same uncertainty, the same pile of documents, and the same fear of missing a deadline that our students go through today.
Once we'd figured out how admission to Chinese universities actually works — which universities give you a real shot at a grant, what admissions committees genuinely look for in a motivation letter, which small details in the paperwork decide everything — it became obvious that this knowledge was worth sharing, not keeping to ourselves.
