The countries we apply in

In each country we read its rules at the source and carry the application through to enrolment. China is where our experience runs deepest.

Talk through the country choice
Or message us directly

Tell us your goals and budget and we will say which destinations actually fit.

For every country we name the catch before you pay anything. If it makes your plan unrealistic we will say so plainly and point you to something that actually works. A lost deal costs us less than money taken for an unreachable goal.

Country not on the list?

Compare destinations

Thirteen destinations side by side: the language of instruction, the main government scholarship, and the condition that most often breaks a plan. Pick a country for the full breakdown.

Core destination
China
Language of instruction
Chinese or English
Main scholarship
CSC (Chinese Government Scholarship)
The catch
From 2026/27 the CSCA is required for bachelor's at 306 designated universities; many grants expect HSK 4 on entry
Czech Republic
Language of instruction
Czech (free) or English
Main scholarship
MŠMT scholarships (not for Russia)
The catch
For Russian citizens a study visa is currently not obtainable in practice
France
Language of instruction
French or English
Main scholarship
France Excellence Eiffel
The catch
Non-EU fees rose sharply from 2026/27; at most 30% are exempted
Germany
Language of instruction
German or English
Main scholarship
DAAD and university programmes
The catch
A school certificate alone does not grant admission — a Studienkolleg or a year at university first
Hungary
Language of instruction
English or Hungarian
Main scholarship
Stipendium Hungaricum
The catch
You cannot apply directly — a sending partner must nominate you
Italy
Language of instruction
Italian or English
Main scholarship
MAECI and regional DSU
The catch
Without a correctly filed ISEE you land in the top fee bracket automatically
Japan
Language of instruction
Japanese, English less often
Main scholarship
MEXT (Monbukagakusho)
The catch
English-taught degrees are a minority; the mainstream route is EJU in Japanese
Malaysia
Language of instruction
English
Main scholarship
MIS (master's and PhD only)
The catch
No government scholarship for undergraduates; MIS excludes airfare
Poland
Language of instruction
English or Polish
Main scholarship
NAWA (Banach Programme)
The catch
Free only for EU citizens and Karta Polaka holders
South Korea
Language of instruction
Korean or English
Main scholarship
GKS (Global Korea Scholarship)
The catch
Much of the bachelor's offer is in Korean and requires TOPIK
Spain
Language of instruction
Spanish, English less often
Main scholarship
MAEC-AECID
The catch
A study visa is not resident status and does not lower your fee band
Turkey
Language of instruction
Turkish or English
Main scholarship
Türkiye Bursları (YTB)
The catch
On a Türkiye Bursları scholarship the Turkish year is mandatory even for an English-taught degree
UAE
Language of instruction
English
Main scholarship
University-level scholarships
The catch
Costs vary enormously: a Western branch campus is not a national university

We publish that last column on purpose. Every country has one condition that decides whether a plan is realistic, and it is usually discovered after an agency has already been paid. We would rather you knew now.
