Social Media Manager
Run UNIPROFI's Telegram channel and Instagram: content planning, posts, stories, audience engagement. Experience with education content is a plus.
Client Success Manager
You own your clients end to end, from first contact to enrollment: consulting, preparing documents, coordinating with universities, and answering questions at any stage. You work independently and are personally accountable for the outcome — this isn't a script-reading role, it's full case ownership.
Admissions Coordinator
Process incoming applications, prepare documents, liaise with partner universities' admissions offices, and track deadlines across every case.
- Strong written and spoken Russian — you talk to clients directly and speak on the company's behalf
- Personal experience applying to or studying in China is a major plus for Client Success roles — you understand the process from the inside, not just from a manual
- Confident conversational English; Chinese at HSK3–4 or above is a strong plus, especially for working with university admissions offices
- Independence and reliability: you handle real people's applications and need to perform without constant oversight
- Professional, warm, patient communication — you shape a client's first impression of the company, and that matters enormously to us
