Why we use it
To respond to your inquiry, provide consulting services for admissions and Chinese-language learning, and for internal analysis of how the site is used.

Right now the site uses only technically necessary cookies — they keep the site working correctly and remember your choice in the consent banner. If we add analytics services in the future, this page will be updated.
Sharing data with third parties and cross-border transfer
We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. Part of our technical infrastructure (hosting) and the messengers you can reach us through (Telegram, WhatsApp) may process data on servers located outside Russia — such conversations are additionally covered by that service's own privacy policy.

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data and keep it only as long as necessary to respond to your inquiry or provide the service, unless a longer period is required by law.
Data about minors
If you share data about an applicant under 18 (for example, when applying to university before turning 18), this is only permitted with the consent of a parent or legal guardian, who is responsible for providing it.
