Maria Curie-Skłodowska University is a public research university in Lublin, Poland. It was founded on 23 October 1944 by the Lublin Committee during the Second World War and is named after Marie Curie-Skłodowska. Today it is the largest university in Eastern Poland, with more than twelve faculties in Lublin and a satellite campus in Puławy.

The university's academic organisation is built around its faculties: there are more than twelve of them in Lublin, and the campus in Puławy extends its teaching beyond the city. MCSU enrols nearly 16,000 students and is the largest university in Eastern Poland. As a public research university, it combines that institutional scale with research-based instruction.

For applicants from abroad, MCSU is a public university in Lublin, in eastern Poland. Because of its size and status it accepts international students; current entry requirements are published in the university's official admissions materials.

Almost everywhere the language is checked before admission, not after. We prepare for the exams admissions offices actually ask for.

Common questions about admission

Why apply through UNIPROFI specifically?

UNIPROFI is about a well-thought-out application and a strong outcome: we build an application path around your profile, goals and the requirements of your selected universities. You work with mentors who are current students or graduates of these schools, so you get real understanding of the system, campuses and opportunities — not theory. We take on complex cases (including minors and admission without an 11th-grade diploma), build an individual strategy for your profile and goals, and support you through every stage, from documents to your visa.

Do you guarantee admission?

We don't offer "guarantees for the sake of a sale," because no one can directly influence a university's decision. What we do is structure everything to minimize the risk of rejection: matching you to the right universities, building a strong application strategy and preparing documents carefully. If you complete the whole process under your plan and are not admitted to any of the universities we applied to, the service agreement lets you choose: a refund minus costs already incurred (university fees, translations, courier) or a free re-application for the next intake.

What are my actual chances of getting in?

We do not state a universal admission probability because the decision belongs to the university. We instead assess your profile, programme requirements and application strategy.

Can I apply on my own — why do I need you?

You can, but most students end up losing time, making mistakes, or settling for weaker universities. We save you months, help you start at a stronger level, and prevent the mistakes that can cost you admission.
