ItalyItaly: Universitaly and the declaration of value
Pre-enrolment on Universitaly and the qualification document: a DOV or a CIMEA statement, depending on the university.
The request pays for nothing. A manager confirms the contents, timing and price, and only then do you pay.

For students who need a visa, pre-enrolment on the Universitaly portal is required for admission. One request normally names one university and one course, so the choice is worth thinking through in advance.
For a foreign diploma or certificate the university asks for a document on the value of the qualification: a Dichiarazione di Valore or a CIMEA statement. What is accepted is decided by the university. We work out the right option, prepare the set and check it before it goes out. Requirements depend on the university, programme and admission year.

Usually 5–7 working days. The issuing body sets the time for the qualification document.
