November Decides: Four Intakes That Close Before Winter

What's open right now

Our applications page lists the universities whose terms we have read on their official websites: dates, fee, portal. This autumn it holds four intakes. Every date was checked in October 2026.

  • Tsinghua University, first round: until 20 November 2026. Design and Fine Arts admit students in this round only. The second round runs from 21 November to 28 February 2027.
  • Politecnico di Milano, Master's in Engineering, first call for non-EEA applicants: until 1 December 2026. Classes start in September 2027.
  • Kyoto University, the English-taught Kyoto iUP bachelor's: applications open on 2 November and close on 3 December 2026 at 17:00 Japan time.
  • Charles University, Faculty of Social Sciences: the early round for 2027/28 runs from 1 November 2026 to 28 February 2027, and the main round until 30 April.

Why not wait for the last week

The portal form is rarely what holds an application up. What holds it up is other people's work: reference letters, translations, certifications, a transcript from your school or university. You don't control their timing.

In Milan, being late costs money under the university's own rules. Until 1 December the application fee is €50; from 2 December it is €150. Applying in the first call costs a third as much.

At Tsinghua, Design and Fine Arts are only offered in the first round. Missing 20 November means waiting a year.

What applying through us costs, and why the price rises

The rule is the same for every university. Our work costs ₽35,000 per university (or ¥3,000, $450, €400: each currency has its own fixed price, not converted at a rate). The university's own fee is paid separately, on its invoice, with no mark-up from us. Applying to 3–4 universities at once takes 10% off, 5–9 takes 15%, 10 or more takes 20%.

Near the deadline the price of our work rises: by 25% from 21 days before the intake closes and by 50% from 7 days before. An application three days before the close has to be put together as carefully as one a month ahead, with far less time to do it. The rule is in our public offer, and each university's page shows the whole ladder with dates. Here it is for this autumn's four intakes, in roubles:

  • Tsinghua: ₽35,000 until 29 October, ₽43,750 from 30 October, ₽52,500 from 13 November; the university's fee is ¥800.
  • Politecnico di Milano: ₽35,000 until 9 November, ₽43,750 from 10 November, ₽52,500 from 24 November; the university's fee is €50.
  • Kyoto University: ₽35,000 until 11 November, ₽43,750 from 12 November, ₽52,500 from 26 November; the university's fee is ¥9,800 (yen).
  • Charles University: ₽35,000 until 6 February, ₽43,750 from 7 February, ₽52,500 from 21 February; the faculty's fee is CZK 1,000.

Today's price for the university you want

Our applications page lists the open intakes, the fees and the dated price ladder. The list keeps growing as we check each university's terms.

How to apply to several universities at once

Most people apply to three to five universities, not one. Every university page has an "Add to basket" button. Collect your universities in the basket: it shows today's price for each application and the total, and you can send us the list in one message.

If you don't know yet where to apply, fill in the form. We'll use it to assess your chances and suggest universities that fit your profile and budget.

The same list of open intakes with today's prices is in our Telegram bot, under "Open intakes". There you can also find a university in four questions and call a manager.

Frequently asked questions

Is the university's fee included in the price?

No. You pay the university's fee separately, on its invoice, with no mark-up from us. Our price is for the work only: ₽35,000 per university, less when you apply to several.

Why does applying cost more near the deadline?

The last weeks before an intake closes are the busiest, and an application still has to be put together carefully. The 25% surcharge applies from 21 days before the close, 50% from 7 days. The rule is published in our offer and visible before you pay.

Will I get my money back if the university rejects me?

The university does not refund its own fee; that is its rule. Our fee is not refunded once the application has been sent to the university, as set out in the contract.

What if the university I want isn't on the list?

Write to us. We'll check the university's terms and tell you its fee. Our work costs the same: ₽35,000 per university.
