Andrássy University Budapest (AUB), officially known as Andrássy Gyula German Speaking University Budapest, is a private university located in the capital of Hungary. Founded in 2001, it holds the distinction of being the only completely German-language university operating outside of the German-speaking countries.
As a distinctive European university situated in Hungary, the institution receives support from five partner states: Austria, Baden-Württemberg, Bavaria, Germany, and Hungary.
