Shortlist a few and we'll compare them side by side and assess each one.

Founded in 1886, Ewha Womans University is one of Korea's most prestigious and oldest institutions and the world's largest female research university by enrollment. Ewha is a women's university, and admission for men is limited: it depends on the programme and the intake year, so that possibility has to be confirmed with the admissions office before applying. Its 14 colleges and 15 graduate schools offer more than 70 majors across all major disciplines. The central Seoul campus is highly accessible and well-connected to the downtown area.

International students benefit from fully English-taught programs in the Division of International Studies (International Studies and Global Korean Studies), where all major courses are conducted in English. Other colleges in social sciences, humanities, and natural sciences offer selective English-taught courses, though the proportion of instruction in English varies by major. Many students complete their general education through Scranton College, known for its liberal-arts-focused English-language curriculum. Major scholarship programmes include full tuition coverage for four years (Ewha Global Partnership Program and International Students Scholarship) for qualified applicants.

International applicants submit through a unified online system. Most programmes require Korean language proficiency: TOPIK level 4 or above (exception: Division of International Studies, which requires English: TOEFL iBT 80, IELTS 6.0, or New TEPS 326 and above). All international students must obtain a D-2 student visa and complete foreigner registration at the local immigration office. On-campus support is comprehensive: I-House dormitory for international students (approximately 770 beds), Peace Buddy exchange-student mentoring programme, mandatory health insurance, and visa application assistance. Negative tuberculosis test results are required for dormitory residence. Check the official International Student Affairs website (isa.ewha.ac.kr) for current application deadlines and requirements, as these vary by admission cycle.

Need the language to apply?

Almost everywhere the language is checked before admission, not after. We prepare for the exams admissions offices actually ask for.

What admission to this university costs

Our published prices are for China, where the process is worked out to the detail and the price is fixed. Everywhere else the amount of work varies case by case, so we quote after we have understood your situation. Inventing a figure before that would not be honest.

Common questions about admission

Why apply through UNIPROFI specifically?

UNIPROFI is about a well-thought-out application and a strong outcome: we build an application path around your profile, goals and the requirements of your selected universities. You work with mentors who are current students or graduates of these schools, so you get real understanding of the system, campuses and opportunities β€” not theory. We take on complex cases (including minors and admission without an 11th-grade diploma), build an individual strategy for your profile and goals, and support you through every stage, from documents to your visa.

Do you guarantee admission?

We don't offer "guarantees for the sake of a sale," because no one can directly influence a university's decision. What we do is structure everything to minimize the risk of rejection β€” matching you to the right universities, building a strong application strategy, and preparing documents carefully. Any refund or re-application arrangement is governed only by the current service agreement and the circumstances of the case.

What are my actual chances of getting in?

We do not state a universal admission probability because the decision belongs to the university. We instead assess your profile, programme requirements and application strategy.

Can I apply on my own β€” why do I need you?

You can, but most students end up losing time, making mistakes, or settling for weaker universities. We save you months, help you start at a stronger level, and prevent the mistakes that can cost you admission.
